Abiodun Joshua & Co. (Chartered Accountants) also known as AJC is a public practice firm that is duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission with its registered address at Flat 1 Block 6 LSDPC Estate, Magodo, Isheri-North, Lagos Nigeria. Its registered number is BN: 2911963.
AJC has its license to practice as Chartered Accountants issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

Audit and Assurance
We carry out statutory audit that is risk-based by gathering appropriate and sufficient evidence that enables us to issue an audit report that expresses our opinion on the truth and fairness of the financial statements.
Tax Consultancy
We render both local and international tax services. We prepare tax computations and assist our clients with the necessary filings relating to Company Income Tax, Withholding Tax, Value Added Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Transfer pricing, Non-resident persons and entities, and Personal Income Tax.
We also process tax clearance for our clients and provide necessary tax advice when required.
Accountancy Services
We render accounting services to clients that need this service. We set-up accounting processes, accounting manual and train client’s staff where needed.
We also deploy accounting software to our clients when needed.
Business Advisory
We ensure that our clients excel in business by giving the necessary advice that would aid our client’s business decisions towards attaining their zenith.
