Our Team
The promoter of AJC firm is ABIODUN TOOSIN JOSHUA in 2019. He is currently the Managing Partner of the firm.
Abiodun Toosin Joshua,
FCA,MSM,CIP,B.Sc
He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Lagos State University, Ojo. He is also a full member of the Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria.
He has worked in the bank, stock broking firm, manufacturing company, pharmaceutical company, insurance company, Telecommunication Company and professional accounting firms.
He has worked as a Lecturer at Lagos State Polytechnics, Company Accountant at Delma Pharmaceuticals Nigeria Limited, Head of Internal Audit at Revive Technologies Limited and Audit Manager at different accounting firms.
He is young and versatile with over fourteen years audit and tax experience that span across eight accounting firms at different capacities. He worked at Adedayo Osobu & Co (Chartered Accountants) as an audit trainee, Tayo Akintan & Co (Chartered Accountants) as an Assistant Manager, Olatunji Asekun & Co (Chartered Accountants) as an Audit Consultant, BBC Professionals (Chartered Accountants) as Audit Senior, Goldwyns Nigeria as Audit Manager, Sola Oyetayo & Co (Chartered Accountants) as a Manager, Grant Thornton as Engagement Manager before moving to Abiodun Joshua & Co (Chartered Accountants) where he is currently the Managing Partner.
He also has experience in forensic audit, consultancy and reporting accounting.
He has audited financial institutions, telecommunication companies, educational institutions, ecclesiastical entities, non-profit making organizations, printing press, universities, and manufacturing companies to mention a few.
He has also served as a team lead in the audit of UNDP sponsored projects and WHO sponsored projects.
He enjoys lecturing management and accounting. He has published and unpublished works to his credit.
He is happily married with three children.
Ihejiofor, Chukwudi Caleb,
ND, B.Sc, AAT, ACA, CWAIAP, CFAN
Caleb is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He holds a National Diploma in Accountancy from the Lagos State Polytechnic, and a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Babcock University. He is a certified member of the Society of West Africa Internal Audit Practitioners (SWAIAP). He is also a Certified Forensic Accountant. He has attended numerous courses both locally and internationally. He commenced his accounting career in 2010 as a bursar with a tuition center named “Balanced Growth Associates” until 2012 when he moved to Paul Adedoyin & Co. as an audit trainee. He joined Gladstone Kukoyi & Co. as audit senior and grew to Audit manager in four years. In 2017, he moved to S. A. Shitta-bey & Co. as audit manager, worked as consultant for a consulting outfit before joining ABIODUN JOSHUA & Co. in 2020 as an Associate Partner.
Bayo Omole,
FCCA, ACA, MBA, B.Sc
Bayo is a fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Statistics from the University of Ibadan. He also holds an M.B.A, master's in business administration (Accounting and Finance).
He commenced his accounting career in 2004 as an assistant accountant in SD Engineering Company in Ibadan. He later worked with Sola Oyetayo & Co. (a firm of chartered accountants) where worked for about ten years and rose to managerial level. He then moved to WFO Rödl & Partner LP in Lekki as an Audit Senior in 2015 after which he came back to Sola Oyetayo & Co. as a Manager. He joined ABIODUN JOSHUA & CO. in year 2020.
Over the years as an auditor, Bayo has been engaged in numerous audits as a team lead and manager. He has been involved in project engagements like ABUJA MOU, COFFEY INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT LIMITED, UPDC CONSTRUCTION LIMITED PROPERTIES, WATER PROJECT by WHO in Osun State to mention a few.
He happily married with children.
Rasaq Olushola,
ACA
Olushola is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He qualified in the year 2006. He has worked as a project finance manager of different organizations since then. He has also worked as company accountant in a manufacturing outfit in Ibadan. He joined ABIODUN JOSHUA & CO. in 2020 as an audit senior. He is blessed with children.
Oni Timilehin Joshua,

Oni is currently a senior trainee. He joined the firm in the year 2021. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He has been involved in several audits that cut across different industries.
Afolabi Babasola Daniel
B.Sc, MNIM, ACA in view
Afolabi is currently a graduate trainee with the firm. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Obafemi Awolowo University. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and the Institute of Strategic management, Nigeria.
